Contingency Search - Many clients choose a Contingency Search as all fees are contingent and payable after the employee starts work.
Individual Retained Search - For extremely difficult searches, we offer a discounted flat fee retained search with 1/3 up front the day our search begins, and the balance (2/3) is payable the day our candidate starts work. We provide a 90 day guarantee for all of our candidates.
Contract or Temporary Employees - We offer Contract Employees to our clients. Many clients like to bring in candidates on a temporary basis for a few weeks to make sure they are a good fit before hiring them full time. We are set up to handle your contract or temporary needs.
LEAP Recruiting Solutions looks for Candidates with high academics from top schools and firms nationwide. We ask for transcripts and writing samples as requested by our clients. We represent both large companies and small as well as large and small law firms.
